New to Lacrosse?

Lacrosse combines the skills of basketball, soccer and hockey. Anyone can play lacrosse–the big or the small. The game requires and rewards coordination and agility, not brawn. Quickness and speed are two highly prized qualities in lacrosse.

As the fastest growing youth team sport in America, lacrosse offers young athletes an opportunity to hone their agility, endurance, eye-hand coordination and team skills while playing. Lacrosse provides a great opportunity for soccer, basketball and volleyball players to stay sharp in the spring while experiencing something totally unique.
